The CUB Policy Center is looking for web design services to help with its Oregon Telecommunications Consumer Information Center project (see the story about the project here). And, yes, we’re still looking for a better name. .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) if you have ideas.
If you are with a web design firm or know someone who is, please take a look at the RFP, which you can find here. (RFP is now closed)
Deadline for RFP responses is August 16, 2010.
UPDATE, 07/28010
We received 2 clarifying questions from potential respondents. Here are the questions plus our responses for anyone thinking about submitting a response to the RFP. With this posting, the deadline for receiving and posting responses has passed.
Question 1: With regard to the visual layout of the site, are there any style guides or design elements provided? Is the layout/graphics to be determined by the contractor?
Response
CUB will provide a style guide, some graphics, and a color palette. The layout will be determined with the final selected contractor on completion of contractual negotiations.
Question 2: On page 1, Section 3 of the RFP, a due date of 8/9 is referenced but on page 2, there is a due date of 8/16. Which is it?
Response
The due date is August 16, 2010 at 5:00 pm. Sorry for the confusion. Amazing how that got through many, many rounds of review!
