If you’ve been keeping up with the regulatory updates on CUB’s blog, you will remember the summary we wrote last month of various issues CUB identifies within PGE’s current rate case. In that article, CUB discussed the timing of the rate case filing, the expected rate increase of $4.92 per month per residential customer, the main capital projects driving the rate increase, and concerns CUB has with PGE’s modeling methodology.
CUB is continuing to review the rate case and encourages all PGE customers to attend the upcoming Public Comment Hearing in Portland, Oregon to ask questions, express concerns, and hear from fellow customers. Public meetings are usually held at the Public Utility Commission in Salem, but in this case, the Commission is giving PGE’s customers the opportunity to make their comments in a location closer to home. We hope to see you there!
