CUB Welcomes Cassie Allen, New Development Associate

CUB is excited to welcome Cassie Allen as our new Development Associate. As a fundraiser and grants manager, Cassie brings the much needed experience to support CUB’s advocacy work. While our advocates work to keep Oregonians’ lights on, Cassie will help us keep CUB’s on, too.
Cassie is an organizer and nonprofit professional with experience in grants management, political advocacy, community engagement, and grassroots organizing. She is passionate about building relationships and simplifying complex ideas to build people-led movements.
“As an advocate and Oregon utility customer, I know how rising utility prices negatively impact everyday people. I’m thrilled to use my skills to support CUB’s work and fight for affordable, clean utilities.”
Cassie graduated from the University of Florida with a BA in Political Science. When not at work, she can be found reading, cooking, or kayaking down Oregon’s rivers.
We are excited for Cassie to bring her knowledge of fundraising and grants management to work with the CUB members and funders who make our work possible. CUB looks forward to working with Cassie to help us continue to grow and enable us to do even more advocacy work in the future. Join us in welcoming Cassie!
