CUB Welcomes Abbey Parnall, New Community Organizer

CUB is excited to welcome Abigail Parnall as our new Community Organizer.

Abigail has a passion for equity and a deep love for community building. She has a background in resource navigation, outreach, and non-profit involvement. As a Community Organizer, she will be getting the word out about the work that CUB does. She will be building community relationships with community partners and the people of Oregon.

Abigail was moved to join CUB after her work in case management opened her eyes to the need for advocacy for utility customers in the face of rising costs of living and stagnation of wages.

“My love for community and for the environment are what led me to CUB. I am so honored and thrilled to be working with CUB and dedicating myself to Oregon’s utility customers and the environment. I cannot wait to get started!”

When she’s not working, Abigail enjoys mushroom foraging and machine embroidery. Join us in welcoming Abigail to the CUB team!
