Shannon Todd Roth works with the Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (PCEF) - the first climate-fund measure created and led by communities on the frontlines of climate change. She leads PCEF’s investments in energy efficiency and renewable energy - channeling about $750 million into programs and grants for energy improvements in Portland homes and buildings. Projects range from home energy retrofits to new multi-unit housing, to community centers and community solar, many of which are led by community-based nonprofits. Prior to joining PCEF, Shannon managed energy efficiency programs along the West Coast for over a dozen years. At home, she lives with her partner and a flock of kiddos, chickens and cats. Off the clock, this time of year, you’ll find her in a patch of ferns looking for mushrooms.
