Housing Director,
ACCESS
Rose Reeser serves as the Housing Director at ACCESS, a community action agency supporting residents across Southern Oregon. With over six years of experience in housing services, Rose began her career at ACCESS as the Energy Programs Supervisor, overseeing the Energy Assistance and Weatherization Programs. She later advanced to Housing Programs Manager, expanding her leadership to include the Homeownership Center, Durable Medical Equipment Program, and the Over-the-Top Wig Program. Rose was recently promoted to Housing Director and continues to oversee these programs with a focus on equity, sustainability, and community impact.
Her work supports energy efficiency, weatherization, and energy assistance to help housing stability for low-income residents within Jackson County, as well as payment assistance for first-time homebuyers within Jackson and Josephine County—including those affected by the Labor Day fires in Jackson, Josephine, and Klamath Counties. Rose also leads efforts to expand weatherization services for households served in Jackson County, leveraging federal, state, and local funding to improve energy efficiency and reduce utility burdens.
Rose is passionate about building collaborative partnerships and ensuring that underserved communities benefit from housing and energy investments.
