Ranfis Giannettino Villatoro has dedicated the last seven years leading the Oregon Chapter of the BlueGreen Alliance as the senior policy manager, working on state policies such as HB 2021 (100% Clean), Buy Clean, Buy America, and HB 4080 (Offshore wind roadmap, and workforce standards). Prior to BGA, Ranfis has worked on issues related to immigrant rights, worker rights, and advocacy for diverse contractors. He currently serves as a committee member of the Portland Clean Energy Fund (PCEF).

In his free time, he enjoys the weather of the Pacific Northwest with his wife, two kids, and their dog Macy.
