Joy brings creativity, passion, and determination to her role as Project Manager. She has worked on projects across several project areas for IVCanDO (Illinois Valley Community Development Organization), with the majority of her work focused on Infrastructure and Energy.

Joy believes strongly in the power of partnerships and is always looking for ways to collaborate and coordinate efforts to make the greatest possible impact. She is an advocate for rural communities and works to ensure that projects are equitable, accessible, and achievable for as many people as possible.
