Jessica Taylor leads NeighborImpact’s income-qualified whole-home weatherization program, serving households across six counties and the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Reservation.  Under her leadership, NeighborImpact earned an exemplary rating from Oregon Housing and Community Services, the only agency to do so in the past decade. When she’s not at work, Jessica is training for her next half marathon, knitting, or spending time with her husband and daughter.
