Elijah is CRITFC’s Energy Policy Analyst, tasked with leading implementation of the Tribal Energy Vision for the Columbia Basin.

Elijah holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from Quest University Canada—a small liberal arts college located in the Squamish Nation territory of British Columbia. For several years, he worked as a climate justice organizer in his hometown of Portland, Oregon, where he led campaigns to stop the expansion of fossil fuel energy projects throughout the Northwest.

Elijah graduated Cum Laude from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2024 with an honors certificate in Environmental and Natural Resource Law. He studied Federal Indian Law and tribal natural resource management, and volunteered on the board of the Native American Law Student Association (NALSA). He is a member of the Oregon State Bar.
