Brenda Hunt leads Load Flexibility market transformation for the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA). In this position, she is developing a portfolio of technologies and programs focused on interventions that remove market barriers to deliver a broad array of quantifiable grid benefits to utilities. Prior to NEEA, Brenda managed a team delivering Portland General Electric’s demand response portfolio, rapidly scaling programs through enhanced customer engagement and applying continuous improvement to increase program performance. Her former career experience is deeply rooted in energy efficiency program design, strategy development, and program management. She is passionate about combining the benefits of energy efficiency, permanent peak load reduction, and load flexibility to contribute to a reliable, resilient, and affordable energy future for all.
